(Ringwood manor engagement photos) Brianna & Andrew

Ringwood manor engagement photos

A Dreamy Spring Engagement at Ringwood Manor

There are some sessions that feel like they were plucked straight out of a movie, and this one truly was just that. Brianna and Andrew’s Ringwood manor engagement photos took place on the most magical spring day, right at peak cherry blossom season, and honestly, it could not have been more perfect.

On April 11, 2026, the grounds of Ringwood Manor (also known as Skylands Manor) were completely transformed. Towering cherry blossom trees stretched across the property, their delicate pink petals drifting softly through the warm, golden air. The pathways were dusted in blush tones, and with every breeze, petals danced all around us. It felt romantic, whimsical, and almost unreal. Like stepping into a love story already written.

Cherry Blossoms, Sunshine, and a Little Bit of Magic

From the moment I arrived, I knew this session was going to be something special. The sunshine was warm, the sky was bright, and everything felt alive with spring energy. And as soon as I said hello to Brianna and Andrew, it became even more meaningful.

Brianna and I actually go way back. We attended CCD together growing up. So getting to reconnect, reminisce, and now capture her engagement (and upcoming wedding!) felt incredibly full circle. Even more special? She’ll be getting married in the very same church where we were both confirmed! It’s moments like these that make this job so deeply personal and rewarding.

As we wandered through the grounds, we stopped at what felt like every single cherry blossom tree, because honestly, how could we not? Each one was bigger and more breathtaking than the last. And because Brianna and Andrew intentionally chose this time of year, they truly hit the nail on the head. Their Ringwood manor engagement photos couldn’t have been timed more perfectly.

Just Married… and Celebrating Twice

Here’s where the story gets even sweeter.. They actually got married earlier that very same day!

Brianna and Andrew had a courthouse ceremony with the mayor! Making everything official before we met for their session. So while this was technically their engagement session, it also doubled as a celebration of their wedding day. And honestly, how perfect is that?!

You could feel the joy radiating off of them. They were giddy, glowing, and completely wrapped up in that just-married kind of love. It made every photo feel even more meaningful, as if we were capturing two milestones at once.

Including Their Sweet Pup, Milo

Of course, no love story is complete without the whole family. And that includes their adorable black lab, Milo.

Milo joined us for part of the session, proudly wearing his “my humans are getting married” bandana, and let me tell you, he absolutely stole the show! He was so well-behaved, so happy, and so ready for his close-up. Including him made the session feel even more personal and joyful. I always love when couples bring their pups, it just adds that extra layer of love.

A Proposal to Remember

As we walked and talked, Brianna shared the story of their engagement, and it’s such a good one.

Andrew proposed at The Edge in New York City, completely surprising her! The timing couldn’t have been more perfect, because they were about to head off on a trip to Greece. So not only did they get engaged in such a stunning location, but they also got to celebrate it during what basically became their “engagement-moon.” How special is that?

And the ring? Absolutely timeless. Andrew chose a circular diamond set on a delicate yellow gold band, complete with a hidden halo. It’s classic, elegant, and something that will truly never go out of style. Brianna was completely in love with it and you could see that excitement in every photo.

Champagne Toasts & Golden Hour Glow

As the sun began to dip lower in the sky, the light turned soft and golden, wrapping everything in the dreamiest glow. To finish off the night, we popped some champagne to celebrate their marriage because, well.. they were just married!

They even brought along a “Just Married” sign, which made the moment feel even more fun and celebratory. It was the perfect ending to such a beautiful day, and it added another layer of storytelling to their already incredible Ringwood manor engagement photos.

Looking Ahead to Their Wedding Day

If this session is any indication of what’s to come, their wedding day is going to be absolutely amazing!

I am so excited to photograph Brianna and Andrew’s wedding this September at Indian Trail Club in Franklin Lakes, NJ. It’s such an elegant and refined venue with incredible food and stunning views and it truly fits them perfectly as a couple.

They are the kind of couple that just makes you smile. Giggly, playful, deeply in love, and effortlessly stylish. They laughed the entire session, yet somehow also posed like total pros. I may or may not have taken a lot of photos (okay… definitely did), but I couldn’t help it! Every moment was worth capturing.

All in all, it was such a joy to spend this day with them. From cherry blossoms drifting through the air to champagne toasts and heartfelt laughter, everything about their session was unforgettable. I feel so honored to be part of their story, and I truly cannot wait to capture the next chapter of their love later this year.
