Nicole and Matt’s Park Chateau wedding was the kind of celebration that makes your heart skip a beat. From the moment I arrived on that sun-drenched June morning, I could feel the magic in the air, like something out of a storybook. And truly, this day was nothing short of a modern fairytale, complete with a castle-like venue, a radiant bride in a tiara and cape veil, and a love story that began across the world in Paris.

Romantic Details Fit for Royalty

The day started with the sweetest gesture, a huge bouquet of roses sent from Matt to his soon-to-be bride. Nicole, glowing with excitement, began getting ready surrounded by her closest girls. Her invitation suite, a dreamy blush and floral design sourced all the way from the Philippines, honored her heritage with so much grace and beauty.

Meanwhile, Matt and his guys shared laughs and a celebratory drink in the Library, enjoying some time together before the “I do.” Nicole stepped into her breathtaking gown with the help of her loving mom and sister. Her cape-style veil flowed like a dream, adding to her fairytale aura. When she revealed her final bridal look, first to her bridesmaids and then to her dad, there were tears all around.

A Magical First Look at This Castle-Like Venue

Then came the first look. Nicole descended Park Chateau’s iconic marble staircase, wrapped in pink and white florals, while Matt stood below, waiting. When he turned around, his hands instantly clasped his face in awe. She took his breath away. Her intention was clear: “He has to see everything—all of it.” And she was right—you needed to take a step back to truly take in her beauty.

We spent time exploring the venue for portraits, capturing the elegance around every corner. Nicole and Matt chose Park Chateau because it reminded them of where they got engaged, the Versailles in Paris. The grandeur and romance of this luxury New Jersey wedding venue made their big day come full circle. And yes, their adorable Golden Retriever, Bond, joined the fun too!

Intimate Ceremony at This Lavish Wedding Location

Before the ceremony, we gathered for family photos with guests who had traveled from across the globe, including Matt’s family from Korea. Then it was time for vows. Inside the chapel, Nicole and Matt exchanged heartfelt promises, and incorporated a meaningful tradition I hadn’t seen before, a memory box. A few loved ones came forward to place significant items inside, creating a beautiful keepsake time capsule.

They sealed their love with a kiss and walked joyfully down the aisle as guests tossed dried jasmine petals. That exit moment was pure happiness. You can tell by the smiles on their faces as they left the Chapel said it all.

Garden Portraits, Signature Drinks & Grand Celebrations

As guests enjoyed a cocktail hour filled with Filipino-inspired dishes and a signature cocktail named after their pup, Bond, we headed to the gardens for a few final golden hour portraits. The soundtrack? A fun mix including classic anime intros like Cowboy Bebop.

When the reception began, it did so in grand style. The bridal party made joyful entrances, followed by Nicole and Matt’s sparkler-lit debut. Then came one of the highlights of the night a choreographed first dance to ‘Rewrite the Stars’ instrumental version. It took over the entire dance floor and was full of beautiful movement and meaning, and truly wowed all their guests!

Dancing, Desserts & the Dreamiest Day Ever

After that, they barely left the dance floor. They laughed, hugged friends, caught up with family, and enjoyed a delicious dessert spread. The night was pure joy from start to finish.
