Cross Estate Gardens Engagement Photos

A Lovely Spring Cross Estate Gardens Engagement Photos

As a wedding photographer, I’ve had the pleasure of capturing countless love stories, but Courtney and Doug’s Cross Estate Gardens engagement photos in Bernardsville, NJ, was truly special.

Courtney and Doug are a sweet couple whose excitement was palpable from the moment we met at the gardens. It was May, the perfect time of year when the weather is just right, and the flowers are in full bloom. The lush greenery of the Cross Estate Gardens provides a stunning backdrop all year round, but there’s something about spring that adds an extra touch of magic.

Anticipation, Excitement and Celebrations

As we strolled through the gardens, we chatted about their upcoming wedding in July at the breathtaking Rock Island Estate in Sparta, NJ. The anticipation in their voices made it clear how much they were looking forward to their big day. Rock Island Estate is a gorgeous venue, and I can already imagine how beautifully they will make it their own.

We found some of the most picturesque spots in the garden, and Courtney and Doug were naturals in front of the camera. Their love for each other shone through in every shot. We laughed and shared stories as we moved from one beautiful location to another. When the sun began to set, we knew it was time for something special.

Courtney and Doug had brought along a bottle of champagne and elegant Mr. and Mrs. champagne flutes. We popped the champagne and captured some joyful, celebratory shots as the light danced around them. There’s something magical about a champagne shot, especially when you have a couple as wonderful as Courtney and Doug.

Looking Forward to the Wedding Day

Then, the session ended with a promise of more fun to come. Courtney and Doug were thrilled with their engagement photos and even more excited for their wedding day. I could see in their eyes how much they appreciated our time together, and I knew that the best was yet to come.

As we wrapped up, we shared a moment of reflection on the wonderful session we had and the beautiful journey they were about to embark on. I left the gardens feeling grateful and inspired! I am looking forward to July when I would capture their special day at Rock Island Estate.

Courtney and Doug, thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey. Here’s to more laughter, love, and unforgettable moments on your wedding day!
