A Special Return
I love when I get to continue a couple’s journey through life. I photographed Courtney and Brian’s wedding in June of 2023 at SkyView Golf Club. When they reached out for winter maternity photos, I was so excited. Returning clients are always extra special to me. It was a joy to witness another milestone in their lives.
A Winter Wonderland Session
This session had everything for a perfect winter maternity Verona Park shoot. Snow-covered paths, peaceful scenery, and so much love surrounded us. We met on a chilly February day with fresh snow everywhere. It truly felt like a winter wonderland.
Courtney was glowing, even in the cold. She was 11 weeks from giving birth to their baby girl. She said she still felt great! Her baby bump was the cutest. She wore a stunning white lace dress with bell sleeves. The flowing gown made her look like a winter goddess.
A Second Outfit with a Pop of Color
Courtney also changed into a deep red long-sleeve dress. The color looked incredible against the snowy background. It added a romantic, cozy feel to the session. They also brought matching winter hats, including one for baby. It was such a sweet and thoughtful touch.
Preparing for Baby Girl
Courtney and Brian are thrilled to become parents. You can feel their love for their baby girl already. They’ve been putting together a nursery and choosing outfits. Even their dogs are excited. Courtney says they’ve been extra snuggly and curious. Then, they sniff her bump like they know a baby is coming.
A Moment to Remember
This winter maternity session at Verona Park was magical. It was the perfect way to celebrate this special chapter. I’m so thankful I could capture it for them.
All in all, it reminded me how magical winter sessions are. It’s such a gift to document life’s big and little moments. Courtney and Brian, thank you for letting me be part of your story again!
